ECZEMA AND MINERALS VS VITAMINS
The three essential gases, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, are naturally penetrating gases, freely absorbed by the lungs. When combined, these gases help to produce the moisture for lung expansion. The minerals, passing into the body, change their disposition and colour contact. The natural way of transmitting minerals through the human body is different for every individual and the slightest deviations in bodily conditions can cause radical changes. In fact, a sluggish lymphatic system can be the reason for a complete disharmony in these areas. Taking mineral salts of sulphur can greatly assist the absorption process. The water or moisture that is passed through the tissues looks like pink acid. When, by the natural force of flow, the acid created by the yellow salt of sulphur comes into contact with the acid of the alimentary canal or red part of the body, a change takes place, allowing the two acids to create a third acid of an entirely different disposition. Each mineral produces an acid of the same colour, and when combined with others, a new acid is created. Thus the various acids are multiplied again and again until the necessary acids have been produced and distributed throughout the different parts of the body. On hearing about the 36 acids of the human body, it may be surprising to learn that there are yet many more acids that are actually detrimental to the human system. A certain percentage of acid is necessary to carry out the daily functions of the human body and these are the acids that are mentioned most frequently.
We also have acids, created by dead gases in the system, that are dangerous and detrimental if they are allowed to remain in the body. There is a complicated scientific reason for this, but it is good enough to know that as long as the body has a sufficient quantity of various minerals, equally balanced in the acid condition, it will take care of itself. When a mineral enters the body it is as a moist, transferred gas and each one has its own identity in the form of wave patterns. When a mineral contacts the mineral of its own vibration, in a certain organ, it immediately takes on the natural colour of that organ. As the tissue of the organ absorbs the gas, it becomes a solid mineral, forcing out the dead or decomposed mineral, creating new life and new activity in the organ. The dead mineral is then forced into the channels of elimination and so, out of the body, provided the circulation and elimination systems of the body are working normally. If this is not the case, you will find proof of the action of the minerals, either in an uncomfortable feeling in the bladder, gallbladder or kidneys, or in the formation of stones in these organs. You may now understand why I stipulate that any signs of acidity in the body deserve immediate attention.
When there is over-acidity, which I notice often in urine samples of eczema patients, every method possible should be used to restore the balance. One of the best ways to do this is to use the remedy Centaurium in combination with sulphur. In mineral form, sulphur is a constituent of the amino acids, hormones, vitamins, sulphates and enzymes in the oxidation-reduction process where it forms several links. It is essential for good skin, nails and hair, and purifies the system. Sulphur is an essential element of the human body as it plays an important role in the acid-based balance and fortunately there are a considerable number of natural food sources that contain sulphur, for example vegetables such as kale, onions, turnip, cauliflower, beans, brussels sprouts, and chives.
Earlier I mentioned the suitability of Centaurium in combination with sulphur. Centaurium is a herbal preparation for digestive irregularities and lack of appetite, from the Bioforce range and, combined with sulphur, it plays an important role in the acid-alkaline system. Moreover, it has anti-allergenic properties especially useful when a wheat allergy is suspected. Centaurium -largely composed of a cornflower extract - is an excellent remedy, not only as an anti-acid, but also for digestive problems caused by wheat. It also serves to reduce inflammation.
Dependent upon the circumstances, I sometimes also recommend taking some Urticalcin together with the Sul-phur-Centaurium combination mentioned above. Urticalcin also belongs to the Bioforce range of remedies, and is a homoeopathic calcium preparation consisting of a few calcium compounds and stinging nettle. In this combination it forms a balanced and easily absorbed calcium, which is so important for eczema problems. It strengthens the bones and is also excellent for brittle nails, loss of hair and skin complications.
